I have worked 20 plus years in various manufacturing environments. My current employer, Benchmark Electronics, is a contract manufacturer and I have worked with all types of production, high mix, low volume, low mix, high volume, sustaining products, NPI (New Product Introduction) products, and EOL (End of Life) products. I have experience working in and with numerous departments, including planning, materials, kitting, shipping, warehousing, procurement, manufacturing, and finance. I have been responsible as a manager or supervisor for planning, scheduling, kitting, warehousing, and warehouse operations on multiple shifts. My prior experience includes the request to provide corrective action at our system integration site and develop a Master Scheduler position and Production Control department. Prior to completing my assignment I was also requested to evaluate and improve the receiving process of our shipping department. Both were completed exceeding the desired results. I elected to further my experience and began working with our finance department where I have assisted with the establishment of material pricing measurements in support of our finance group. In January of 2011 I was recruited back into the planning organization with the action of improving our current backlog with a highly valued customer. This was accomplished within this past quarter and we are now in a positive position to meet our current and future customer needs. I have also been recruited for various improvement teams while at our Pulaski and HSI facilities based upon my process knowledge and leadership skills. Responsible for developing a material pricing database, collecting and reviewing the database to support monthly pricing exercises. Responsible for the collection, tracking, and interface with the Customer on identified component price targets. Accumulated data and completed analysis to support Customer monthly core material review.

One year assignment to review facility requirements and develop Master Scheduler position and Production Control department. Defined strategic long/short term plans to meet customer demands; scheduled and monitored daily production; provided direction for kitting, manufacturing, and shipping; hired team members and my replacement. Also assigned to review and improve shipping zone 1 processes. Trained the Shipping Inventory Control team and established guideline and processes resulting in improvement to the facility
