- Main relationship manager between World Vision Canada and a diverse portfolio of over 50 corporate partners including Burnbrae Farms, CIBC, Domino’s Pizza and Symposium Cafe.- Building relationships with these corporate partners, showing them how a partnership with World Vision Canada can help solve their business needs and goals. - Conducting discovery meetings, creating pitch decks, tracking success of the partnerships, and creating report back presentations to showcase the impact of their partnership.- Working cross-functionally with finance, policy, marketing, and programs to execute on partnership needs.- Developing a new approach to corporate sponsorship for our peer-to-peer fundraising events. - Main relationship manager between Canadian Cancer Society and a diverse portfolio of over 45 corporate partners including FreshCo, Johnson & Johnson, SC Johnson and Tetley. - Built relationships with these corporate partners in a variety of ways including sponsorship of signature events, sponsorship of programs and services, employee engagement initiatives, cause marketing campaigns and third-party events. Aligned each partnership with the mission of Canadian Cancer Society and the company's specific strategic objectives.- Established new partnership strategies to further engage partners and create new revenue streams. This included sponsorship of our cancer lodges and children’s camps as well as developing a cost offset model for partners to contribute with significant in-kind donations.- Led corporate strategy across Ontario by building program and event evaluations, sponsorship sell sheets, contract templates and tracking documents. Then educated 25 local community offices on how to successfully execute in their local communities using the tools created. - Identified, secured and stewarded sponsors for signature events and advising the sponsorship committee volunteers. - Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams such as mission, health policy, digital, communications and marketing departments to deliver on partner goals.Managed and advised a corporate partnerships coordinator who had their own portfolio of partners.

- Main relationship manager between Enactus Canada and 16 corporate partners including 3M Canada, Loblaw Companies Limited, McCain Foods and Unilever Canada.- Developed, grew, and stewarded relationships with these corporate partners, creating mutually beneficial partnerships based on each company’s specific strategic objectives.- Developed the Enactus Careers strategy by creating monthly themes for the #EnactusCareers social media campaign and working with human resource contacts at partner companies to develop.- Institutionalized and led the Enactus Careers Task Force, a group of internal staff from different departments to help develop the Enactus Careers strategy.- Re-established and led the Enactus Canada Human Resources Advisory Council, a group of human resources professionals from partner companies to feed into the Enactus Careers strategy.

- Secondary relationship manager between Enactus Canada and 20 corporate partners including BDC, Loblaw Companies Limited, Scotiabank and Tim Hortons.- Developed, grew, and stewarded relationships with corporate partners, showing them how the Enactus Canada platform could achieve their human resource objectives. - Managed the Enactus Careers Job Board, an exclusive job board for Enactus Canada student, alumni and partner companies. Over 250 Enactus students were hired to work at partner companies.- Encouraged a partner company to exclusively hire Enactus students for a new graduate position.Developed and executed the Enactus Careers strategy (see above for details).- Managed and led the Enactus Careers Ambassadors, a group of student volunteers from active Enactus teams to serve as ambassadors on their teams for the Enactus Careers strategy.

- Organized seven volunteers to travel to Kenya, Africa to continue work on two social entrepreneurial initiative; microloan program and beekeeping business- Microloan program; Worked with 20 female entrepreneurs to teach them best business practices such as product differentiation and product placement to help them increase sales and grow their businesses - Beekeeping business: Worked with ten men entrepreneurs to teach them how to be beekeepers, make honey and bring a new source of income to their families and community- Raised over $35,000 in sponsorship and grants from corporations, Ryerson University, fundraisers and a crowdfunding campaign- Managed and stayed within the $35,000 budget
