Showing them how to turn all their cold calls warm, increasing their close rates, making them more productive with millions of dollars in success stories. I was truly fortunate to be in a company that is the recognized leader of utilizing social selling in a personalized business approach that complements my own belief in the joy and reward of building real relationships. I also enjoyed being part of LinkedIn’s incredibly productive sales model. A unique balance of eCommerce, inside and outside direct sales, that allows every dollar possible to drop to the bottom line while keeping revenue high and the cost of sales at a minimum.

Established a digital marketing sales strategy for Rosetta (Publicis Groupe) Microsoft ecommerce practice. Outlined a comprehensive strategy designed to enhance the user experience and acquire new clients though search engine optimization and social networking. Instrumental in assisting clients achieve online revenue increases of 20 to 30%. Sourced, sold, and closed the first deal in just 45 days, including an ongoing Master Services Agreement and $250k in licenses. Developed a pipeline of $6M plus in first three months.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Executed vision of providing hi-technology companies with a solid business presence encompassing sales, revenue, field marketing, and virtual offices. Primarily represented Microsoft Gold Partners, selling application development, enterprise solutions and infrastructure services. Built a $40M pipeline and closed over $5M in new business with a single client. Created key relationships with Dell, Verizon, and PBS&J, among others, resulting in highly profitable projects.

Palo Alto, California

Rebuilt Kabira's struggling North American sales and delivery teams. Identified new markets in wireless and wire-line telecommunications and financial services. Opened new productive channels with EDS, Cisco, Sun Microsystems and Fujitsu. Additional customers included AT&T, Bank of America, and Dow Chemical. Developed and launched a highly successful channel sales initiative resulting in significant revenue growth by 400% and pipeline growth by $75M. Secured a $30M relationship with VISA, using Kabira infrastructure for the US Message Gateway, carrying 10% of the USA gross domestic product every year.

Berkeley, California

Built and managed a world-class sales organization from startup to more than $65M per year in revenue. Found, sold, negotiated and closed over $250M in operational support systems sales (OSS’s) resulting in the company’s successful Initial Public Offering. Clients included AT&T, Ameritech, GTE, Lucent, Bell Canada, British Telecom, NTT, BellSouth, Sprint, Telecom Australia, PTT Netherlands, Tellabs and DSC.

Birmingham, Alabama Area

Combining the responsibilities of a traditional IBM Branch Manager and managing an IBM presence much like an Apple Store of today, supervised center staff including managers, sales, administration, and support personnel for department exceeding $12M in annual revenue. Developed and implemented effective local marketing programs to promote IBM computers and software applications. Earned and enjoyed several IBM 100% Clubs, many promotions and IBM's elite sales and management training.
