Determine the financial contributions to the malaria control program from various sources particularly from the following:• National government (since the start of decentralization)• Local governments (province and district since the start of decentralization)• GFATM (since the start of first grant)• UNICEF (from 2006 onwards) • WHO (from 2006 onwards)• Other key partners (from 2006 onwards)2. Determine the proportion of health budget (national and local) allocated to malaria control since decentralization.3. Determine the out of pocket expenditures on health, particularly in malaria.4. Determine DALYs lost due to malaria in Indonesia.5. Determine the budget allocated and the gaps for each programmatic areas6. Determine the outcomes and impact of the investments in malaria control from 2006 onwards7. Estimate the budget required for malaria prevention and control in the next 5 years.
