Developed and implemented the frontend for Payee Ledger, a microservice handling complex financial transactions. Designed a TypeScript API schema with over 40 methods for managing Payees, Balances, Transactions, Contracts, Advances, and other entities with a sophisticated status model. Led the development of the UI based on large tables, filters, and API integration using React 17, Redux, Axios, FinalForm, Tanstack Table, and more. Refactored the Webpack build system, introducing Jest and Playwright testing tools to enhance code quality and streamline deployment. Enabled isolated microservice releases to staging environments through optimized bundling techniques. Additionally, explored GraphQL integration and other stack improvements. Utilized JavaScript, TypeScript, and SCSS as core languages for development.

Designed the entire UI and a significant portion of the UX for the microservices system The Kraken, which includes internal operational services for copyright management, royalties, and content delivery (Rights Management, Media Library, Payee Ledger, Contracts, CRM, Permissions). Additionally, developed its external client-facing interfaces for the mobile application Cinq Music and its desktop version, Cinq Music WebApp. Engaged in all stages of the design process, from CJM and wireframes to major releases, integrations, and metric analysis.Created a comprehensive design system from scratch, integrating components, widgets, and UX patterns. Implemented theming and white-labeling systems using design tokens, Token Studio, and Amazon Style Dictionary, enabling branding of React applications and runtime theme switching.Designed the MVP for the mobile application Sound Royalties and participated in its lifecycle, working on key features such as two-factor authentication via Twilio, Adobe Sign for signatures, and integration with PaymentHub.Oversaw all aspects of design organization, managing the Figma Team Library for multiple projects and mentoring several mid-level designers. Over the course of more than a decade, I completed 100+ projects for 20+ clients as a registered sole proprietor, delivering web development, design, and digital marketing services. My focus was on building long-term partnerships and creating solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Key projects included:Fortochka Windows (2015–2022): Developed two versions of their website (fortochka.by), managed SEO, SMM, and full technical support. Designed branding, banners, print materials, and billboards. The website generated 90-95% of leads and ranked in the top 5-30 for key search queries, even against the competitors with 5 times greater budgets.Non-stop Fitness Network (2011–2018): Built three versions of their website, managed SEO, content, advertising, and designed all visual materials. The site brought up to 60% of new clients and supported the personal brands of fitness instructors through featured biographies.YouTravel (2015–2020): Created three versions of their website (youtravel.by), handled advertising, SEO, SMM. The site continues to operate on the platform I developed.Mechta Nevesty Bridal Salon (2014–2020): Designed two versions of their website (svsalon.by), managed SEO, SMM, and branding. Created print materials and promotional content for bridal competitions like "Bride of the Year."Arena Pizza (2019–2020): Redesigned their website and mobile app (arena-pizza.by), refreshed the logo, and developed printed materials for rebranding.In addition to these key projects, I provided branding and digital solutions to numerous other businesses, offering web development, print design, and marketing support.

Managed online sales of pole dance poles under a partnership model. Developed dedicated regional websites for clients in Belarus and the Russian Federation, driving both paid and organic traffic through social media, industry forums, and SEO. Handled customer inquiries, feedback, and integrated logistics services for seamless delivery. Contributed to the development of several pole and stage models. During my time with StripLine, our poles were installed in bars and fitness schools in every regional center of Belarus, becoming the top-selling brand in the country across all key metrics. Successfully expanded to the Russian market, delivering poles as far as Kamchatka. Exited the partnership on pre-agreed terms by selling my share to the founders, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial transition.

Focused on designing websites and promotional materials for small businesses across Belarus and neighboring CIS countries, e.g. TourTransVoyage (Vitebsk), beauty salon Izuminka (Smolensk) Belarus-Iran livestock company Eastern Sheep, window company Ecowindow.by (Vitebsk), fitness network Non-stop (Vitebsk), pole dance manufacturer Shest.by (Vitebsk), perfume store "7+Я" (Samara) and others.

Authored over 1,000 texts for clients from Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine through the SearchEngines.ru forum platform. Delivered high-quality SEO content, advertising materials, sales letters, business proposals, speeches, and short scripts. Successfully established partnerships with several web studios and SEO agencies across the CIS. Additionally, I organized a collective of over 10 copywriters, generating up to 100,000 characters of content per month. Attracted clients under my own name, took on the role of editor, and ensured the delivery of polished and effective content.

Played a key role in developing Vitebsk’s leading business portal. Managed and curated content from hundreds of user reviews on local services, ensuring accuracy through fact-checking, moderation, and editorial input. Wrote nearly 1,000 pieces of content, including SEO-optimized articles, blog posts, press releases, commercial proposals, and more. I was responsible for maintaining content quality and setting the editorial tone for the platform. During this time, the portal saw significant growth in traffic and became one of the TOP-3 most visited and known informational and entertainment websites in Vitebsk.
