Control Systems Engineer
CurrentMajor Responsibilities:1.Managing and supervising projects through all phases; Tendering, designing, installation, supervision, testing and commissioning.2. Designing and applying high-tech critical airflow controls systems for operation and isolation rooms in hospitals, educational and industrial laboratories, and other critical areas. 3. Conducting technical support for project consultants, engineers and clients in different Honeywell products.4. Conducting technical support for project consultants, engineeris and clients in different Honeywell products.5. Preparation of Technical proposal for Critical Spaces of Health Care, Life Science and Research Laboratories by selecting Phoenix control valves family, Celeris, Theris and Traccel. 6. Preparation of Bill of Quantity, measuring cables & conduits, quantify the field devices and equipment, preparing quotation electrical/mechanical, Low current and LCS Lab control system.7. Preparation of Room Air Balancing sheet, Room Schedules Sheets and Projection Tables.8. Preparation of Material & Document Submittal, Technical Proposal and Commercial Documents to the Client for Review & Approval.9. Preparation of compliance statement of each projects. 10. Reviewing drawings, material submittals, quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work.11. Preparing & Design the Engineering (I/O list, Wiring diagram, Schematic diagram, Sequence of Operation, Riser Diagram, Shop drawing).12. Preparing engineering submittals for on hand projects.13. Testing & commissioning of Phoenix Controls system and other Honeywell BMS systems.14. Training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.
