My practice focuses on technology transactions, outsourcing, and other commercial transactions. I have experience counseling clients in a wide variety of technology transactions, including cloud computing, software licenses, technology development and licensing agreements, e-commerce arrangements, software-as-a-service (SaaS), technology maintenance and service agreements, and software compliance audits. In addition, I advise clients on open source software licenses, including policies, compliance, and remediation. I also assist clients with intellectual property, open source, and commercial contract issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, including with respect to transition services agreements. In my current role, I leverage my background as an intellectual property litigator and software development professional.
