About Luke Stevens

As a senior software engineer with a wealth of start-up experience spanning the full stack, I’ve proven my ability to dive into new technologies and deliver working systems. I highly value working with good people and in a good culture, especially in a field that drives attention to things and ideas rather than people. Qualities like integrity, respect, and humility are what you can expect from me and what I expect from those I work with.

Lead software developer at a start-up specializing in imaging and records management, primarily targeting the health care industry.• Took over the company’s second-largest application immediately after hire, to automate OCR verification for payment posting via EDI in a sophisticated UI with a multi-threaded engine interfacing with multiple legacy database systems.• Authored the MSI-based installer for the company’s flagship product using WiX, including WiX extensions in C++.
