I love to deep dive into business problems and solve them from a first principles basis. To do this, I dirty my hands, build smart teams, empower them, thereby ensuring quick implementation, accurate impact measurement and fast redefinition. I have worked in organisations across various levels of scale, from being the first employee, to being a founder, to being in a leadership position in a rapidly growing firm.
