I was also responsible for supporting and maintaining various infrastructure for commercial and enterprise customers.During this time, I was responsible, and participated in the following:1. Provide support to various Carrier, and Enterprise customers, and ensure that the networking, server & virtual assets are up and operational.2. Worked directly with customers delivering exceptional service, as well as, providing technical support to end-user customers all over South Africa.3. Monitor various connectivity links, Servers, and virtualized resources and ensure maximum uptime of solutions, while minimizing downtime.4. Orchestrate & collaborate with various internal teams, and external vendors in order to resolve various connectivity related incidents/outages.5. Document Reason For Outages(RFO) & Root Cause Analysis(RCA), as well as communicate with customers & vendors to ensure that incidents are resolved within our 4-hour SLA.6. Participate in preventive measures to ensure network stability and security.7. Diagnosed and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.8.
