MullenLowe is where I discovered a different kind of writing. Scripts are great, and activations are divine, but I enjoyed building things with my pen instead of describing them. At Mullen, I became the go-to writer for rebrands, language systems, and all manner of technical craft. Provided strong conceptual thinking, copywriting, and knowledge for a digital and post-broadcast landscape.- Designed the verbal identity and naming system of Suffolk Construction by finding human insights behind its strategy and prioritizing what values mattered most.- Co-created the FUSE brand with other designers and construction workers by mining interviews, industry patterns, and previous experience as a blue-collar worker.- Rebranded websites for three different companies alongside a multidisciplinary team of UX designers, developers, art directors, graphic designers, and strategists.- Wrote manifestos, style guides, press packages, and briefs in accessible language on clients like Suffolk, FUSE, Sperry, Harley-Davidson, Twitch, and Burger King.- Co-designed a functioning holiday sweater that enforced social distancing. I learned basic engineering and translated it into engaging DIY instructions for our audience.- Created a gaming group called Questing that workshopped games from different cultures and organized trips for strategists to attend game conventions.

I served on the 10-person search committee for a new university president, moderated debate on divestment from the state of Israel, testified on money laundering and corruption charges on previous university leadership, and I introduced the It's On Us, anti-sexual assault campaign from the Obama Whitehouse to UT.
