Duties involved: Ensuring that all ad hoc orders are completed on Staff placement sheet(SPS) timeously, Supplying all the SPS in to admin Clerk, Ensuring all the SPS are completed correctly, Ensuring the SPS are handed back to the Operation controller to enter the SPS number into the client order groups, Confirming that the containers and trucks have arrived before teams are dispatched to Site, Ensuring that labour arrives on site timeously by calling them and informing them in time, Ensuring that staff who are making their own way to site are checked on and keep the operation controller notified where the staff is or how far the staff are , Ensuring that labour meets the correct PPE requirements before sending labour to site, Ensuring that the staff SPS or spreadsheet is sent to relevant clients timeously for the staff to gain access to certain sites, Entering handover details in the handover book before the end of each shift, Ensuring that the Clydesdale team is aware of the client's request
