My duties to my clients involved1.Embracing and advocating for the company's voice, tone and style guides2. Voraciously consuming digital/social content (including competitor brands and best-in-case brands outside of the industry) to identify trends, which helps them stay ahead of competition and develop copy catered to consumers who are digital/social natives3. Explaining and amplifying the story of the business by expertly navigating rocky waters and speaking to their customers using relatable, friendly and engaging language. 4. Crafting engaging and compelling copy across a wide range of company projects (campaign creative, product marketing materials, video scripts, landing pages, blog posts and more) whilst establishing a consistent brand voice that extends to all products/services, features, and marketing communications.
