Sourcing-Create Job Post and Advertisement in every portal and sourcing channels such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, Indeed, BossJobs, LinkedIn and Facebook-Utilizing our database in terms of profile retrievals and referrals Processing-Conduct paper screening per profile receipt -Conduct Initial Interviews via phone, viber or Google meet.-Ensuring shortlisted candidates will meet our business requirements -Setting proper expectation for candidates who have been shortlisted prior to the the next succeeding steps of their application-Creation of endorsement of profiles to our prospect clients Management and other task- Creating, Maintaining and Updating of profiles into our HRIS (HunterFlex)- Preparing daily and weekly reports to recruitment leadership- Assist in suggestion of ideas to improve recruitment process- Assist in management of company's Facebook and LinkedIn page such as answering queries Processed IT profiles such as - Support, Engineer Administrator positions - Business Analyst, QA and IT Consultant positions - Programmers and Developers positions - IT Leadership and C Level positions
