The CPC is the professional liaison between New Trier Township's Agency Partners. CPC tasks include revising the annual agency application as needed, sending out applications to current agency-partners, and working with Communications Director to publicize agency-partner application availability and deadline. The CPC reviews all timely agency-partner applications and assign applications to the most applicable citizen advisory committee as well as organize and implement the citizen advisory committee review process, including committee member recruitment, applications and training, initial application follow-up concerns, agency-partner presentations, decision meetings, and committee chair recommendations to the Board. The CPC communicates with agency-partners, citizen advisory committee members, Board Members, and the public as necessary, including public and timely posting agency-partner applications and committee agendas and minutes, providing historical funding data, and drafting agency correspondence. The CPC oversees agency-partner oversight throughout the funding year, organize and implement outreach and educational programs with agency-partners in partnership the Communications Director, ensure agency-partner information is up to date on website and internal database.
