As the Event Organizer for the Counterspell Game Jam in Bengaluru, I am responsible for planning and executing a local iteration of this beginner-friendly game jam for high school students. I work closely with a team to create an engaging environment where artists, musicians, and coders can collaborate and bring their game ideas to life. I manage the event schedule, from the opening ceremony to the final game demos, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

As the Co-Founder and Lead of Epoch0 Hackclub, I manage a community-driven initiative focused on empowering high school students with the resources, guidance, and mentorship to develop and pursue their own ideas. As the Technical Lead for the Stedu OS platform at Stedu Association, I am responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive, all-in-one platform designed to host and manage all of Stedu’s programs, courses, workshops, and events. The platform serves as a central hub for students, mentors, and organizers, offering easy accessibility and streamlined management of educational resources and activities. My role involves overseeing both the technical architecture and project timelines, coordinating with development teams, ensuring seamless integration of features, and providing a user-friendly experience for all stakeholders.

As the Team Lead for Stedu Lab at Stedu Association, I was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the entire 8-week startup incubation program. My role involves coordinating program content, managing a team of mentors and industry experts, and ensuring participants receive the necessary resources, guidance, and feedback to bring their ideas to life. I was actively working on organizing a demo day event where participants will pitch their startups to venture capitalists and angel investors, aiming to secure funding and mentorship. Throughout the process, I ensure smooth program operations, from recruitment to the final event, focusing on empowering future entrepreneurs.

As a Sponsorship Outreach Intern at Stedu Association, I was responsible for building and managing relationships with potential sponsors to support our mission of making STEM education accessible to students globally.
