CurrentResponsibilities include managing multiple ticket queues for multi-national companies that require overseas support, remotely assisting any users that require permissions for admin-level installations, setting up VPN connections, administering accounts and resetting passwords as needed through Office 365 Admin and Active Directory, coordinating with a day team for account setup via Active Directory & Okta, remotely troubleshooting clients’ connectivity, software, and hardware, hourly cataloguing offline server statuses, correlating with an on-site security team when alarms are activated, editing corporate videos (quarterly conventions and individual showcases), remotely analyzing & investigating WAP systems, cataloguing expenses, assisting various local businesses hands-on with content filtering, data transfer/formatting. Exposed to Oracle & AWS environments, bespoke enterprise applications (GreatPlains/Microsoft Dynamics GP, Amtech/Encore ERP), DevOps-tier advanced application support.
