Responsibilities include managing multiple ticket queues for multi-national companies that require overseas support, remotely assisting any users that require permissions for admin-level installations, setting up VPN connections, administering accounts and resetting passwords as needed through Office 365 Admin and Active Directory, coordinating with a day team for account setup via Active Directory & Okta, remotely troubleshooting clients’ connectivity, software, and hardware, hourly cataloguing offline server statuses, correlating with an on-site security team when alarms are activated, editing corporate videos (quarterly conventions and individual showcases), remotely analyzing & investigating WAP systems, cataloguing expenses, assisting various local businesses hands-on with content filtering, data transfer/formatting. Exposed to Oracle & AWS environments, bespoke enterprise applications (GreatPlains/Microsoft Dynamics GP, Amtech/Encore ERP), DevOps-tier advanced application support.

Responsibilities included overseeing alerts cache for nearly 1000 endpoints for hundreds of users at over 50 companies in the North and South Carolina areas, automating responses to device alerts, leading Bitdefender deployment, setting permissions using Active & Azure Directory, remotely troubleshooting clients’ connectivity and software, setting up Windows, Mac, and Linux-based machines, recovering and transferring data on failed hard drives, programming camera systems, VoIP deployments, and access control devices, using tools to run and terminate wires, installing hardware (cameras, wireless access points, mounts for various devices). Exposed to server virtualization, Microsoft Exchange management, and firewall/spam filter administration, as well as countless client-specific applications. Additionally, I wrote social media copy for their Facebook, and advised them on targeting strategies.

Responsibilities included creating and posting short videos, graphics, setting up Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram livestreams, assisting with digital advertisement strategies, represented brands including SMASHER Network and ICON Network.
