I love HR, hands down it is a huge passion in my life. You might ask, WHY?? Yeah, organizational design, compensation, benefits, analytics, business partnering, recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, and HR Operations and systems...you name it, I love it. The reason is that all of these aspects influence the most important piece of any organization, its people. Simply put, I am here to be a resource for people, no matter the task, I am here to help. My entire career has been spent making any piece of the employee's life cycle improve wherever I go. I want an excellent candidate experience when recruiting (let's face it, companies could get better here). Their onboarding into a new company should be amazing and solidify their choice. The time spent at a company should be filled with impactful wins, pride in the work they are doing, high engagement, and the ability to push for greatness. They should be retained through development, recognition, benefits, and great incentives. Lastly, even if/when they leave the company, they should look back and never regret starting in the first place. That is my mission, what is yours?
