As a Host at Young Innovators we design and teach a honours program for masterstudents from all faculties. In this year we teach them to be a regenerative innovator. This is someone who based on systemsthinking, can apply place-based innovation, do interventions based on design thinking / Theory U / non-violent communication and this way make systems more regenerative.

NJR is the national youth council of the Netherlands. Their aim is to help youth to be the change that they want to see in the world. As a trainer I facilitate workshops for youth from 12 to 25 to help them realize their ambitions for a more regenerative world.

EIT Climate-KIC is a European knowledge and innovation community, working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon economy. The master label program is meant for top talents in climate innovation. In the program "The Journey" I worked together with other students from all over Europe in two weeks.

Conducting an intern research concerning the organisation of innovation inside EVIS. Present the project Smart Bunnik to EVIS (20 persons) and to ENGIE (50 persons) with the aim to introduce the project. Results: The international company, for which I was personally responsible during the introduction of the living lab, has given notice they want to invest and participate in the program. 5 concrete recommendations to the MT of EVIS BV how they can organize more effective and effective concerning innovation. Project team works independently with scrum. The first phase of the implementation is completed successfully. My report was awarded a 9/10 by my supervisor. Show less

Job: Team leader of an interdisciplinary team. Commissioned by ENGIE. we competed with other teams for the best form of sustainable innovation. The case: create the most sustainable kilometer in Leiden. 10h/wTasks: Time management, lead responsibility for the project, moderate meetings and brainstorm sessions, generate and structure innovative ideas and managing of 4 people. Results: Winner of the case.

Hengevelde

Job: Backoffice- and acquisition employee at an international felt and non-woven producer. 40h/w Tasks: Shape guidelines for communication, design product catalogue, update efficiency, build and sustain communication with clients, facilitate partnerships. Results: Set up strategy for acquisition, approached 250 potential clients, created and sent 200 promotional sets.

Job: Green office member – support the Green Office team with several projects. 4h/wTasks: Design workshops, present, read and process researches, being host at events, assistance in implementation of sustainability.

Job: Manager of an E.I.A. in a course on the traffic ring road around Utrecht. 20h/wTasks: Managing of 16 people, present in front of the municipality of Utrecht, quality assurance, strategy development, coaching and guidance.Results: Successfully finished course with an 8.0. EIA accepted

Job: Company Director – Course Strategy & Organisation. 20h/wTasks: Time management, moderate meetings, create overview, guide employees, monitor results, strategy development.Results: Successfully finished course with an 8.0. Strategic report delivered.
