At 48 MW Jagran-II Hydro Power run off the river project.• Erection and commissioning of 48 MW run off the river hydro power plant with 04-Pelton wheel turbines (12MW each)• Site supervision of all mechanical activities and ensuring daily progress meeting timelines as per POP’s• Plant test run, safeties check ,alignment work• Site installation of Hydraulic steel structures which includes fabrication ,surface treatment, installation of trash racks, weir radial gates, under sluice gates, gravel sluice gates, scour channel gates, bulk head gates ,penstock ,pressure shaft etc• Installation and commissioning of 04 x 12 MW horizontal Pelton wheel turbines along with all system which includes bulk head gates, flat gates, lift gates, spherical hydraulic valves, control valves, compressors, pumps etc • Making sure site activities in safe manner according to HSE standards as per contract• Making approvals of time to time change proposals for streamlining project pace• Keeping track record of Project Progress as per approved Program of Performance of the Project

1. Steam Turbine Major Overhaul within Proposed Time Steam turbine was opened, the related measurement has been checked and all parts condition has been checked. There are some problems have been found and some parts are required to be replaced after been checked. Four oil rings replaced and all Labyrinth seals replaced with new one. Front radial bush bearing & Negative thrust bearing replaced with new. Condenser tubes cleaning and 04 x tubes replaced. Generator cleaning done and air gap adjustment Engine Rebuild with New Crank Installation Wartsila W18V220G 3.2 MW Engine Complete Rebuild 2. Air Cooled Condenser Erection and Complete Commissioning3. Plant Planned ShutdownsOther job responsibilities include:• Operation & Maintenance of 16MW Steam Turbine (Nanjing Turbine Co.Ltd NZ 16-1.53/.37, four waste heat boilers AQC×2 (14.5T/hr.), PH×2 (24.1 T/hr.) and two coal fired boilers (CFB×2) Shandong Huayuan Co.Ltd Capacity of 25T/hr• Operation & Maintenance of 3.2MW x 05 Wartsila Engines• Operation of Jenbacher ORG 219, ORG 229, ORG 213, ORG 220, ORG 285, ORG 236, ORG 226 and Caterpillar G5316 B,G3512E,G3516 C Gas Engines• ERP and SAP software • Planning and Execution of planned/unplanned Shutdowns of Boilers and Turbine • Inventory analysis & optimization, making in time indents, technical evaluation of comparative statements • Follow up and Managing Daily Job Order system and co-ordination with other Departments• Preparing technical submittals, proposals, work-orders, feasibilities ,SOP’s, RCA’s • Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance plans of equipment’s

--At Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant• Having Working experience on 17.1 MW(7.5MW Steam Power Plant + 9.6MW Gas Genset)• Creating Store Purchase Indents, Comparative Statements and Technical Evaluation while keeping both cost effectiveness and No compromise on Quality Standards• Efficiency calculation of Steam Turbine, Boilers and Condenser• Proposing methods for enhancement of Power Plant efficiency and useful rectifications• Overhauling & Maintenance of Multi-stage pumps,HT/LT Shaft Driven Pumps,Plate Type Heat Exchangers, Feed water Pumps , Boiler Hammering system gear boxes• Alignment of MP / LP Feed water pumps ( Multistage Centrifugal Pump) , Ejector Pumps, Condensate Pumps • Installation and inspection of bearings• Water demineralization process and its importance• Rectification of Steam & Water lines , valves -Preparing work orders for routine/casual/immediate maintenance and provision of required spare parts and tools etc-Receives, assesses and responds to requests from local vendors for purchases-Support Procurement specialist in all tasks.-Prepares and Submits complete, accurate and appropriate procurement.-Prepares purchase orders and send copies of the same to suppliers and to relevant business units/subsidiaries who initiated the requests.-Maintains Procurement records according to department priorities.

4 Weeks Internship On the spot understanding of Tank Engine parts involving crank shaft assembling,piston,lubrication system,cooling system,fuel distribution line,valve timing etc in Engine Assembly Shop.

4 Weeks InternshipAn understanding and on job experience of Technical Drawing, Machine Shop, Assembly Shop,Heat Treatment Shop,Fabrication Shop,Pattern Shop,Steel Foundary,NDT Lab,Material Testing Laboratory & Inspection.
