Project :- SHOAIBA QUAIZA B WATER TRANSMISSION SYSTEMThe scope of the SQWTS-B is to transport potable water from SHOAIBA Pump Station and storage tanks to the endpoint Tie-In Station QUAIZA via Reservoir Station Jeddah Southeast. To Transport water through Pipeline with Capacity of 631,579 m3/DayRoles & Responsibilities :-1. Preparation of Project Schedule with resource loading such as manpower, material and Cost using P6 – Primavera Project, Critical Path Scheduling and monitoring of the projects and updating weekly / bi-weekly on the basis of progress achieved.2.Providing next month's activities and targets to execution team in the light of master construction schedule3.Prepare Internal Schedule for Construction team.4.Prepare Forecast Cashflow of the Project and submit it to the Management & Finance Department.5. Ensure proper implementation of PMS for proper effective planning, scheduling and monitoring.6.Responsible for Coordinating with Clients, Engineering Department for the required Engineering information for the project.7.Updating Manpower histogram and preparing the PV, EV & Forecast Curve.8.Prepare & submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to direct Manager and Client.9.Prepare Presentation about Project status, Issues, Concerns & present to the Management & Client.10.Attend all meetings with the Project Team & Client to solve Construction issues.11.Prepare Revised, Recovery Schedule & maintain their float.

Water Desalination Plant > Preparing and updating project scope timely.> Prepare planned vs actual progress report and report delays and making Weekly reports.> Reviewing, Tracking, and updating baseline and critical path on weekly and monthly basis.> Updating cost, material, and labor on regular basis.> Site visit, Cost control of project and coordination with contractors.> Reviewing the drawings and updating the schedule as per the updated project scope.> Developing Manpower Histogram, Plan S Curves and Look ahead schedules.> Participate in weekly progress review meetings, identify and highlight delays.> Prepare plan for procurement of major construction materials and labors
