• Major responsibilities:Human Resources Management:
• Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs, proposes and implements human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet.
• Develops guidelines and procedures which assist line management in implementing human resources policy, for example: employee training and development programs, salary structure, performance appraisal and recognition.
• Ensures compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements. Provides advice to managers and ensures uniform interpretation of Labor laws. Secures professional.
• Assists in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR management activities which support the organization’s culture.
• Works with managers to identify human resources issues/problems and provides leadership and support in finding solutions. Serves as a facilitator/mediator to resolve problems, difficulties and grievances which are.

• Embed the 3FT capability assessment tool to establish a baseline and a metric for capability development and lead the evolution of this tool in the coming years.
• Work with 3FT team to create local capability profile template for all field force roles
• Embed the Field Force Academy (FFA) in to the Lao market
• Works with Group 3FT to ensure the development of digital tools aligned to the needs and operational necessities of our field force.
• Develop an assessment and selection toolbox to assess all third party and LTL field force reps and leaders aligned to the new capability profiles
• Define clear links between capability assessment and development interventions with the performance management process and individual development planning
