I'm a youth worker in the non-formal (political) educational field. I’m focused on the topics intersectional discrimination, racism, migration, freedom of mobility of young refugees in Europe as well as empowerment for POCs. In details i give seminars about the discrimination forms and its structure in the society to provide more awareness about the issues on the other hand i work on the Concept of Integration as two-ways process. As it’s an important step for me as a migrant in the EU i attempt to provide safe(er) spaces for migrants and POCs as a part of self- and group empowerment. Another important part of the empowerment process is having more opportunities in the society and therefore i advocate for the freedom of mobility for young people or people with fewer opportunities through workshops and working with ESC program (Erasmus +)Thanks to my internships I gained organizational and administrational skills; which allowed me to become a project manager for the project Moveurope! In mobility hub in Bremen. With years of experience as a facilitator I’m confident with public speaking, moderating discussions, adopting to people’s needs, dealing with emotional topics/moments, activating the group and showing empathy. I value voluntary work as it’s an important act of solidarity. I chose social work out of passion, because we humans always need support to grow and get creative and productive for good.
