In my job role as Freelance Interior Designer & Founder:I lead all aspects of the design firm concerning creative freelance architects, interior designers, and contractors working on projects from the start through to completion. I have conducted correspondence with general contractors, sub-contractors, product reps and vendors in order to pursue all needs associated with a given project. Also, I have prepared furniture layouts and specifications according to clients' budget and meet with clients to review plans. I coordinate interior architectural design projects by designing and developing 3D models, elevations, interior fit-out drawings for custom projects.Highlights of Key Achievements:• Led end-to-end interior design project of doctor's radiology center after complete destruction due to an enormous fire by working overtime on site and dealing with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.• Designed projects and delivered contractor-ready plans for demolition, electrical, lighting, false ceiling, and wood work to ensure effective, on-time execution, site visiting, suppliers meeting, and client following up.• Analyzed a clients' budget and needs for appropriate interior design and orchestrated creative solutions for problematic spaces.• Played an instrumental role in multiple remodeling and construction projects and facilitated clients with project needs, budget, and architects as well as contractors hiring.• Established the business from ground up and grew sales revenue through strategic planning, optimum space utilization, effective training, and dynamic team leadership.

In my job role as Interior Designer & Project Development:I created functional and aesthetically-pleasing indoor spaces by leveraging both artistic and technical skills. I understood client requirements by identifying areas to be designed, drawing sketches, using computer-aided design software, buying items, overseeing installation, and performing corrections. Additionally, I assisted with on-site client meetings, project measurements, documentation, and site visits to ensure the execution of plans and specifications, as well as to monitor the overall progress of the project. I advised clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and mood / concept coordination.Highlights of Key Achievements:• Managed 10+ mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed architectural drawing projects and ensured completion within triple constraints of time, scope, and budget by coordinating all lifecycle tasks of project execution.• Consistently met or exceeded customer expectations by consulting with clients to assess needs and scope of interior elements, implementing industry best practices, and working collaboratively with contractors and design team.• Assisted clients with selection of architectural details, color consultation, wall and window covering, furniture and accessories selection, lighting, and artwork while partnering with contractors to ensure proper execution of the detailed project plans covering electrical, FF&E, flooring, false ceiling and indirect lighting, and wood work.• Executed residential, retail, and commercial projects, translated 3D perspective into execution-ready 2D plans, and provided clients with individualized design solutions consistent with their lifestyle, preferences, and budget.• Gained hands-on experience in remodeling old apartments to change the whole division of the house and moving walls or ceilings to create more space.

During my Internship:I developed designs and highly detailed architectural drawings for Adma's project, presented design proposals to the head of interior architecture, and produced 3D renders for the project.Highlights of Key Achievements: • Adapted in less than one month to the company's drawing systems and codes, quickly adjusting to the work environment and building productive interpersonal relationships with employees.

During my Internship:I provided overarching support to the team with direct responsibility for attending site visits, conducting detailed client analysis to determine the expectations and desired design, checking the progress of different projects, and coordinating with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure job success.Highlights of Key Achievements: • Deepened the knowledge of interior design concepts and practices and gained hands-on experience in fabrication, installation, and accessories, including paint and wall treatments, artwork, and furniture.
