• Monitor company or workforce adherence to labor agreements.• Prepare and submit reports or forms related to labor relations matters. • Prepare regulatory or compliance documentation.• Prepare reports or presentations to communicate employee satisfaction or relateddata to management.• Review subcontractors practices or employee data to ensure compliance with contracts onmatters such as wages, hours, or conditions of employment.• Develop methods to monitor employee satisfaction with policies or workingconditions, including grievance or complaint procedures.• Advise management on matters related to the administration of contracts oremployee discipline or grievance procedures.• Negotiate agreements to resolve disputes.• Collect evidence for legal proceedings.• Mediate discussions between subcontractors and employee representatives in attempt to reconcile differences.• Review and approve employee disciplinary actions, such as written reprimands, suspensions, or terminations.• Organize special events related to grievances..• Consolidate and assist with fulfillment of social procedures.• Assists the development and implementation of relevant KPIs also collecting relevantsocial and HR data for Lenders Audit visits.
