An experienced HR Health & Wellbeing Specialist, looking after associate health and wellbeing in the physiological and psychological senses of wellness. My current role looks after ensuring the fostering of energized and resilient associates, deploying value benefits to prevent diseases (preventive approaches to treatment – testing & monitoring health), adopting and embedding healthy leadership practices, and creating health and safe workplaces. My experience in this role to create a holistic and sustainable culture aids in fostering nourished and energized associate who become enabled to thrive and achieve, showing the direct correlation between individual wellness and performance. With a bachelor and international baccalaureate background encompassing Psychology, Integrated Marketing Communications, and business; I can evoke a well-rounded approach to the rule by the use of a people-oriented understanding of behavior, writing and communication skills that convey awareness messages and ideas, and by constantly defining the mutual benefit to the individual as well as the overarching business objectives of the organization. In doing so, I am empowered to reflect and integrate my various passions of ideation and creation, writing and expression, communicating, and directing my work on the purposeful human side.Looking after the DMEA region (Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Lebanon, Morocco, and Jordan) has allowed me to cater to cultural understandings and needs of wellbeing.
