With a bachelor's degree in law and a diploma in scientific research methodology, I am pursuing a master's degree in HR at Abu Dhabi University. My education background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in my current role as the acting head of HR planning and recruitment at TheECSSR, where I have been working since 2015.As the acting head of HR, I recruit and onboard new talent, and plan and manage the company's human resources requirements. I use my research and data analysis skills to identify the best candidates for the company's vision and mission, and to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process. I also write and review research papers and reports on various topics related to the company's field of work. I am passionate about learning and developing new skills, and I enjoy collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve the company's goals.
