I aspire to drive real change, and believe that enhancing a person’s life affects positively all the lives of people around him/her, especially family and at work. I make use of my knowledge, experience, interest and passion to help others to overcome their inner obstacles and be insighted to fulfill the desired change.I work with individuals coachees, male and female, who are honest to their desire to learn and change, open minded and mature. I find myself excited to help people who are ambitious and challenged to change.My work is derived from three important values; 1)provoke learning and growth, 2)care and 3) professional quality of work. The main ethical considerations that guide my practice are creating a positive impact, real and deep change, maintaining integrity and honesty and investing my coachee’s resources wisely.I hold INSEAD Executive Master in Change and INSEAD Coaching Certificate. I believe in continuous learning and take my commitment to professional development very seriously and am engaged with a community of professionals’ practitioners to ensure the best practice in coaching.
