During my internship as a staff member my responsibilities were to handling volunteer recruitment of volunteers during the film festival BUSTER and ensuring no mishaps and a smooth and cohesive festival throughout the span of the entire festival. During the festival I also had the title Venue Manager with the responsibilities of organizing events, communication with venue staff and welcoming speakers and audience.
