- Maintaining & improving the Hedeya ecommerce website (hedeya.com) and mobile application by coordinating between Marketing Team, ERP Service Company and Software Development Company.- Provide administrative and logistical support to managers and implementation teams located in diverse locations.- Work with the Marketing Team in planning & leading the marketing campaigns.- Provide training and guidance to different departments while initiating and executing new programs.- Work with the Director to sustain and grow programs and service.- Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.- Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership. - Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including investment and franchising initiatives, marketing tactics, events, and the official administrative acts.

- Monitor scheduling, trafficking, planning and resource management from accepted concept through delivery for allocated universal marketing projects and campaigns. - Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best possible quality standards. - Perform as consultant to marketing staff of operating unit associated with strategy plus planning activities. - Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results and local marketing. - Interact and guide creative personnel to develop and present new design, copy as well as marketing solutions for local op unit “customers” to accomplish marketing goals. - Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc. - Ensure to bid, purchase, negotiate and manage all outside supplier services for printings and publications etc.- Manage and develop special marketing as well as research projects as allocated. - Conduct all activities plus assigned projects within budget to best quality possible. - Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time. - Prepare project timelines plus manage projects to establish budgets.

- Provide administrative and logistical support to managers and implementation teams located in nationwide diverse locations, working across multiple time zones.- Assists in delivering projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality.- Actively participates in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects- Prepares and maintains project plans and tracks activities against the plan Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports - Monitors, tracks and reports on status of software requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project including defect tracking and testing cycles - Act as back up project management staff as needed.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.- Analyzing the customers reviews and feedback and ensure that the features’ plan is matching and covering their needs. Have a keen sense for product usability and customer experience.- Using customer needs analysis, come up with a product requirements document as an input to the software development team to build out the product.- Perform competitive analysis. Creates and maintains the Product Backlog. Prioritizes and sequences them according to business value and ROI.- Working with software development team to communicate product requirements, make trade-offs, and oversee the product implementation and testing process. - Assist the Director of Marketing Management to define the product strategy and roadmap.- Responding to customers’ complaints, suggestions and feedback.- Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Iteration.- Industry analysis and trends.
