Rehabilitation of household Shelter in areas affected by Beirut explosion of August 4th, 2020 (more than 500 household and 40 common areas).• Conduct technical assessments of institutions and prepare bill of quantities for rehabilitation.• Review of project plans and technical documents prior to implementation to ensure feasibility and accuracy of inputs required (in terms of quality and quantity).• Contribute to the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of technical criteria in tender bids.• Daily supervision of construction site and work of ACTED contractor, complete daily report on construction progress, quantities delivered to the site, site conditions, photo documentation.• Prepare daily/weekly report on construction progress and any challenges/delays in work plan.• Monitoring of the consultant/contractor’s work and cross-checking reports emitted by WE consultant for accuracy.• Liaison all local/national government representatives to ensure commitments are received in parallel to ongoing projects to allow for timely completion and to address any issues raised regarding contractor’s work.• Advise on project proposal, BOQ development, consultations regarding contract development and technical specifications for all construction related projects.• Preparation of donor visits and donor visibility.

• Coordinate workloads, prioritize job assignments, and generate records and reports.• Check formwork, reinforcements and all embedded items, Ordering concrete materials and reinforcements.• Supervise bar bending works and assembly of steel reinforcement.• Preparing project drawings using AutoCAD software while ensuring that they are followed correctly.• Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.• Bill of quantity preparation as per the drawings and specification.• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities, resolving problems.
