I worked as technical head for artificial lift services for Algeria, Tunisia and Lybia, where I have done the following tasks:• Created ESP design for wells with poor outflow to enhance production• Monitored installed ESP performance and tuned their parameter to optimize the productivity• Managed a project of a new ESP technology that was installed for the first time in Algeria• Provided technical support for our clients• Coordinated personals, equipment and jobs with our accounts.

I worked with a multi-national, multi-disciplinary team in consulting projects for different fields;• Production enhancement:-Done well by well study and delivering more than 30 proposals for production enhancement, which resulted in production gain of more than 10,000 bbl/d, by different kind of proposals, i.e., Artificial lift (gas lift) design and optimization, matrix stimulation (hydraulic fracturing acidizing), well intervention (clean out, flow assurance remedial).-Delivered complete and integrated study for more than 100 wells for ease of understanding for future references and operations.-Created a well screen and ranking system for production enhancement capability, giving wells priority to management.-Created a predictive planning for the frequent well intervention to decrease downtime and enhance production.-Selected the first successful well for ESP, after the unsuccessful attempts from other consultancy company, opening the door for future ESP installation. Designed a pipeline network for 02 green gas fields using PIPESIM.• Production data integration and analysis to improve reservoir management: Created an integrated solution using OFM, MS Access and Power Bi, where I built different databases for the different disciplines and departments, and integrated all of them into one OFM project to ease the integration and access of the data, with different dashboards in Power BI for a better reservoir management.• Reservoir numerical models update: -Received a Petrel projects for three field, to be updated-Checked the history matching done, tuned and created a restart point-Loaded production data since the last restart point-History matched the models by tuning the uncertain parameters-Analyzed the current status and saturations of the reservoirs -Created predictive scenarios for injection and production profiles with different operations (matrix stimulation, artificial lift).
