Nouredine Lateb is a multidisciplinary engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction of large-scale projects in the fields of industry, energy, oil and gas, water and Infrastructure. A graduate in civil engineering in 1999, after working briefly in a design office as a structural engineer, Mr. Lateb's career in major projects began in 2001 in the sector of large dams which he worked as a civil, structural and method engineer in the construction of two earth dams and a roller compacted concrete (RCC) Dam in Algeria. After the dams, Nouredine Lateb moved to the potable water treatment and supply sector where he held the positions of transfer pipe work engineer, technical assistant to the construction manager of the potable water treatment plant and then coordinator of engineering on the megaproject of treatment and water supply in Algeria. Mr. Lateb's career has seen a passage in the infrastructure sector in which he worked as a project manager in the East/West motorway project in Algeria. From 2009, Mr. Lateb began a new phase in his career by integrating the field of industry and energy. He held the position of resident civil and structural engineer a as well as a deputy director for the site engineering in a megaproject of construction of a low-temperature gas processing plant (CPF-LTS) in Algeria. He was also in charge of the project of splitting compressor GAS FLASH MP/BP also in Algeria. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Lateb worked as a resident engineer for the project of construction of a single-shaft combined cycle power plant 424MW in Tunisia. From August 2017 to November 2019 Mr. Lateb holds the position of Engineering Manager at the Maghreb Company of Engineering and Equipment (SMIE Engineering), a branch of the SARRALLE group specialized in industrial engineering, particularly in the iron and steel sector. From November 2019 to July 2022, Mr. LATEB worked as resident engineer on the hydroelectric 420MW project NACHTIGAL in Cameroon.From August 2022 till today, Mr. Lateb work as Technical Office Manager on the ROGUN HPP DAM 3600MW project in TajikistanMr. Lateb has a solid knowledge of standards, codes and construction techniques and is versatile with a great ability to understand and manage the different phases and interferences between the different disciplines involved in complex projects. His high technical level, his sense of responsibility, his management skills and his good communication skills have always helped him to successfully complete these tasks.
