Provide & direct creative graphic design services to the Client, specifically focusing on the development of visual designs, pictures, infographics, presentations, and other related materials for the company's website. Contract includes but is not limited to:- Creation of visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand guidelines.- Development of website graphics and imagery to enhance the user experience.- Designing infographics to effectively communicate complex information.- Creating visually stunning presentations for internal and external use.

•Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, videographers, moderators and content creators•Define and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across all projects and products.•Developing creative work and concept-building for production.•Managing & Directing creative projects for Workshops , Events & festivals hosted by the company•Developing and Managing packaging for Ads, in terms of Typo, Opening title sequence, promo, poster, and other advertising materials.

•Play a key role in maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring consistent branding and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.•Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure a successful product development process.•Lead the creation of user-centered design solutions, ensuring that our products are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing
