I am a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Talent 360 ME, a leading HR consultancy firm in Egypt. I am also pursuing my MBA degree at ESLSCA France, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. I have a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo. My core competencies include HR management, employee relations, recruitment, organization development, and performance management.In my current role, I assist with all internal and external HR related matters for various clients, ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations. I am responsible for handling recruitment requests, employee relation tasks, organization development projects, and employee development plans. I also coordinate orientations, update records, manage databases, and produce reports on general HR activities. I have successfully completed multiple assignments, such as sourcing and screening candidates, designing and updating job descriptions, advertising job openings, providing shortlists of qualified candidates, and sending job offer emails. I collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, solve employees' problems, and facilitate employee engagement and retention. I am passionate about enhancing the human capital of organizations, and I strive to deliver high-quality HR solutions that meet their needs and goals.
