Katherine is a board certified CNS and licensed Clinical Nutritionist with over 6 years of experience taking a Functional and Integrative approach to supporting clients with interventions that support finding the root cause of digestive, endocrine and mental health conditions, including anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmunity. She empowers clients to achieve optimal digestive function, increased energy, decreased anxiety and depression and hormonal balance through addressing food sensitivities, replenishing nutrient insufficiencies, using supplements and functional testing when needed. Katherine uses an integrative approach supporting her clients mind, body and spirit through whole Foods, medical grade supplements and lifestyle recommendations that fit their individual needs at their own pace. She also coordinates care with functional MDs, psychiatrists, therapists, acupuncturists, MDs and NDs to ensure proper integrative care. She has conducted nutrition for mental health workshops since moving to Florida in 2021. With her previous background in the photojournalism industry, Katherine has experience working with clients from all four corners of the globe, fast paced work environments, and stressful jobs. She is also an experienced mom to a son who suffered from asthma for years as well as someone who has herself struggled with and now manages her own autoimmune conditions.
