o Supporting in negotiating and closing acquisitions worth over 100,000,000 USD – in sectors including: energy and infrastructure, real estate development and pharmaceuticals across the MENA region.o Reviewing data room documents and preparing a legal due diligence report on a subsidiary of a Saudi group of hospitals as part of their preparation for an IPO into Saudi Arabia’s stock exchange.o Acting as the key focal point for both litigation and corporate services offered by the firm to a subsidiary of a hygienic products manufacturing company based in the UAE – coordinating the preparation of, and delivering, weekly progress reports and attending weekly meetings with the client to synchronize work done by our firm for the client.o Negotiating and liaising the onboarding of multiple clients, including onboarding a key market share holder in the field of concrete and cement manufacturing – now a long-standing client with the firm.o Participating in and leading a team of 8 associates in the preparation for a clients’ acquisition of a 7,000,000 USD stake in a real estate development project; including the preparation of the necessary Quota Sale Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Disclosure Letter, and negotiating the terms of the transaction successfully to our clients’ benefit.o Reviewing major transactional facility agreements, including the a syndicate facility agreement for a company in the pharmaceuticals field with a collective value of 41,000,000 USD.o Advising on and preparing the agreements for a 20,000,000 USD Joint Venture between Egypt’s largest private sector energy distribution company and a fintech telecommunications company; aiming at digitizing various financial transactions associated with the energy sector.o Researching and preparing advice for clients on a diverse range of matters, including but not limited to: Employment Law, Capacity and Enforcement, and Corporate Succession.

o Helped on operating a project using the program ‘Relativity’ to detect proof of coercion and corporate non-compliance. In doing so, effectively gathered evidence pursue a violation of Competition Law;o Assisted council in providing extensive research used to answer client questions; o Delivered comprehensive memos regarding company’s ability to open in Egypt without an Egyptian manager; as per the 2018 amendments of the Executive Regulations of Egypt’s Companies Law no. 159 of 1981. o Reported to clients via supervisors on the commercial impact of the 2018 amendments to Capital Market Law.
