I am passionate about civil society& career development,Human Resource During the journey of my education I discovered a passion for civic work and developed. So I shifted my career to civil society, human development and created the first youth initiative in my faculty in November 2013 that focuses on developing students skills and emerge them in the job market, which I founded and managed since that time but after graduation we hired a CEO and I started working as training coordinator in INJAZ Egypt then I worked in Tamkeen Project which goal matches my objective funded by Plan Egypt.My first real experience with civil society was my volunteering in “Resala” NGO. Where I started to feel the importance of helping others and how much it`s rewarding to me as human being, so I felt the need to transfer this experience to my college and I started alone then I founded “Leaders” Student Activity with 15 volunteer and kept going on till we became a 100 in a matter of one year in two different universities where I gave special workshops to the students to direct them for their best career path for a job they will enjoy not a job they will do. As I have conducted different sessions for over 800 people and in the same time I was working as career advisor in the activity and that raised my passion for pursuing more success and development. Also managing a 100 volunteer had put me in many situations where I learned negotiation and extreme human communication and planning. Also for my graduation project I was the project manager where I managed the team, worked on their communications and putting time plans and action plans. Then after graduation worked with INJAZ and Efostat NGO, where it was my second step to the professional world.
