Handling all the HR functions (Recruitment, L&D, Personnel, OD, Comp & Benefits, HR Communications, &Performance Management) related to the assigned projects.Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for Vacancies; collaborates & Negotiates with departmental managers to understand skills &competencies required for openings &sets a plan to fulfill them at the right time.Develop & submit periodic reports according to the department system.Handling the promotion’s activities from the panel interviews to the official announcement.Review the headcount monthly movements &ensure it is reflected in the payroll to make sure of payroll accuracy. (New hires, resignations, transfers, salary changes… etc.)Processes employees’ loans requests to ensure payments and settlements according to the company's Personal Loan policy.Follow up on the attendance system.Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters.To operate and maintain the pay-related processes in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that the monthly payroll is accurate and relayed to be paid on time.Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, & regulations,& Conduct their orientations Following up on the TNA process for the Projects I am responsible for.Maintain a filing system for all HR activities either electronic or paper-based to keep track of all the activities.Participate in developing organizational guidelines& procedures.Preparing &updating the job descriptions after going through Job Analysis Forms.Updating the Organization charts for all the departments mapped &detailed.Responsible for internal communication activities, &EventsPresent, implement &launch the KPIs System to various departments.Coordinate & follow up with all departments on the KPIs processes (fulfillment KPIs sheets, conducting Performance meetings …etc.)Prepare quarterly reports for each employee’s KPIs scores.
