Job Responsibilities - Vehicle Ordering : Assist effeciently and effectvely in the vehilce ordering prcoess with Daimler and body buildrs to support business operations. Monitor closely the order process with the body builders to ensure timely and efficient handover of vehicles to customer.Scope of Responsibility1. Vehicle Ordering from Daimler - Plan ordering of vehicles from the manufacturer based on sales forecast and annual sales targets- Perfom ordering in AFAB - Monitor shipments of vehicles and keep relevant parties informed.- Communicating with daimler for arranging the necessary documents (Factory invoices, COO and GSO.2. Body Builders- Place orders according to customer order and company policies.- Monitor quality and timely finish of orders, inform superior and slaes executive / sales manager in case of problems and delays.- Inform vehicle operation and sales admin about coordination of the transport of vehicles after arrival.3. Data Management in Autoline- Maintain Mercedes Benz data upto date.- Monitor ordered non stock vehicels / reserve.- Place orders in Autoline (DMS)- Create vehickes stock book (VSB).- Pushing lines for workshop jobs.4. Data Management in Autoline- Attending weekly meeting with operation for smooth functioning.- Submiting all the required documents for customs clearance of upcoming shipments.- Following up to ensure receiving the mechanical certificates as per the correct information.- Communicating to get shipping quotations for special coustomer enquries.5. Accounts Depatment- Submitting all the required documents for costing of upcoming shipments.- Follow up the vehicles have been coasted and visible in stock reports.6. AFAB / WINGS reorting- Create reports as required by Daimler MENA and the company.- Update the vehicle location in WINGS.- Monitor the vehicel movements and location.7. LPOReceive incoming LPOs and compare content with respective orders placed.

• Monitoring and arranging spare parts at the earliest to push the vehicles back to operational. • Leading a parts team for 4 service centres to arrange materials for MOI vehicles on urgent basis.• Communications with suppliers of Spare Parts / Battery / Tires / Paint Materials for MOI fleet.• Preparation and implementation of quarterly tender process.• Training newly inducted team members all concerned tasks and electronic parts catalogues.• Arrange supplier's payments in coordination with finance prior reaching the credit limits.• Monitoring the closing of job cards within time frame and recheck accuracy of materials issued.

• The main responsibilities are to order auto spare parts and accessories for workshop and customers, create accurate demand plans and forecasts, planning and organizing work, setting priorities, and making efficient use of available resources to attain the procurement objectives.• Dead stock handling• Weekly and daily stock replenishment for branches.• Stock audit on branches weekly basis• Ordering and distribution of batteries - Ac Delco / Motorcraft / Hankook brands• Linking and updating parts supersessions interchangeable with genuine and non genuine parts.• Manage all GM, Ford & Chrysler electronic orders, data entry and reports.• Point of contact with suppliers.• Following up pending parts for customer orders.• Monitoring and Maintaining Critical Parts.

• Generating order suggestions and placement of periodic stock orders based on demand. Monitor supply fill rates and track changes in supply patterns to take preventive actions. Review purchase orders and availability with ordering officer team.• Placement of Initial part orders for newly introduced products. Study stocking suggestions from the sales teams and place the required orders. Take actions for abnormal demand situations by ordering for replenishment stocks and maintaining safety stocks.• Monitor slow, fast and non-moving material for product life cycle patterns. Keep track of inventory turns and take corrective actions when necessary. Monitor lost sales, Generate stock orders as recommended by the manufacturer, Recommend and prepare stock, special and emergency orders, Monitors suppressions, amendments and discontinued part numbers, Revises order quantities as needed and prepares order reports, Reconciles stock orders, and order responses, Handle local and inter-Gulf purchase requirements, Retrieve and transmit order responses and inquiries via DCS system, Prepare offers for annual Government and local tenders, Collaborate with the Service Departments for parts availability and issue of parts, Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.• Maintain clean data by regularly checking the re-order categories and making necessary changes with IT. Monitor prices and update cost and selling prices as per policy. Suppression, parts creation and accurate linking with alternate parts.• Analyze the parts group data base in terms of product items, price cost & profitability based on customers’ historical data to overview the sales movement trend.

• Ordering spare parts for the workshop- Trucks / Equipments / Trailers ( Low Bed, Flat Bed, Tipper Box, Fuel Tankers etc)• Analyze all newly introduced products and transfer to branches as per the possible movements.• Perform & assist for required secretarial job to facilitate P&A department needs.• Prepare the weekly and monthly reports required by management.• Keep all historical data records in organized filing system.• Review all non existing parts purchases and link with suitable existing items.

• Handling Parts Catalogue for all makes - GM / Ford / Chrysler / International / Toyota / Nissan / Mitsubishi / Mazda / Isuzu / Suzuki / Jaguar / BMW to order accurate spare parts for the KKIA fleet.• Order auto spare parts and accessories for workshop, create accurate demand plans and forecasts, planning and organizing work, setting priorities, and making efficient use of available resources to attain the procurement objectives.• Genetare and maintain safety stock for new model vehicles for all makes.• Parts supersession updates.• Monitoring emergency parts purchases for VIP vehicles and further action on the concerned job cards.T R A I N I N G & C O U R S E S :- GM difference Customer Enthusiasm, Basic Inventory Management, Total Parts Management, Understanding the Retail Inventory Management System, Rim Logic and Parts Inventory, Saturn - hazardous Parts Shipping Awareness, Introduction to e inventory, DCS Training, Inventory Management Training, Technical for Parts persons, Technical product awareness for parts persons, Global Warranty Management System Training for Parts.
