Hello! 👋I am Eliška, an International Relations and Diplomacy student with a passion for security, politics and diplomacy. 💙 My studies allowed me to develop excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate even in challenging situations. I learnt to control my fear of speaking in front of people and use it as a motor to propel me forward at my early age, when I had the opportunity to work with the school under the non-profit organization People in Need with the project I have an assistant, so what? helping to spread awareness about students with assistants in schools so that they are not perceived differently and their school environment understands that they are a normal classmate. I expanded my practical experience while working as a security personnel at an airport, where I learnt how to react quickly in a dynamic environment, solve problems effectively and maintain calm even under pressure.
