As someone who has had multiple positions where customer service was a major important factor, I will say that I have great communication and social skills with a variety of different ethnicities and cultures. I also spent some time in a warehouse, meaning I have some common knowledge when dealing with hand trucks, delivering and receiving orders, and proper procedure when working around forklifts. Also when working in a role where I have to look over different people, I was the president of my mens excellence program called King's club, where we set up different drives and performances throughout a school year.
