Document Handling
1. Asahimas Phase - V Expansion Project, Location at Cilegon - Banten2. Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd Project, Location at Bintulu - Malaysia* Manage Internal Document and Vendor Documents especially with using all the Project Management System (PMS), such as : INDRA (Integrated Document Management System for Global Collaboration), J-PLUS P (After PO System), Vendor Mailing List System (VMLS)* Recording, checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents vendor and subcont.* Collecting, collating, filing and archiving of management system records and project documents * Maintaining file libraries including the master files and relevant registers (document and drawing)* Generate the various document control reports as required such as weekly report & monthly report.* Manage archiving process and control of archived documents.* To monitor document registers and expedite document to ensure the timely flow of documents.* Meeting with vendors and arranging to fulfill requirement procedures for all vendor documentations.
