I attended all therapy sessions, medical appointments, and classes. I learned basic sign language so that I could help bring out his verbal skills. He was integrated with his classmates and passed them up academically. In his senior year of high school he took 5 junior college classes. At age 20, he is a sophomore in college, holds a 4.0 GPA, and is slated to graduate with his two-year degree in fall of 2024. I am very proud of the young man that he has become.
