I am a software and games lover with a ridiculously perfectionist work ethic who believes reasoning, honesty and hard work, plus a positive attitude about life, is behind all forms of success, no real luck involved. Experience and leadership are part of what I am, but drive/passion is the one thing I can compete with anyone in the world. Moreover, I believe human value must be the pillar upon which all productivity techniques must lay, i.e. the people are the main ingredient that make the company and keep it producing. Thus, they should be treated and monitored with diligent care. At the same time, they should be treated with a slightly strict code as far as productivity goes... so it's a mix of the two. I like to say:"Care for your employees with the love of a mother, and the strictness of a father"Finally, I believe in empowering people to pursue their dreams. Because people who follow their dreams are the ones that change the world. And I want as many people of those around me... I hope I will change it too.
