Creating organizational efficiencies using AL/ML for ITSM automation for AM (App Management) efforts sand DevSecOps automated orchestration for (App Development).Formerly, led technical team in the design and implementation of an enterprise security and cloud-enablement solution for a DoD client; allowing for a significant reduction (>60%) in operating costs, within an agile and highly-trusted computing environment. The implementation revolutionizes the approach taken to managing the enterprise technology assets with a novel approach for IDAM (identity and access management) and unification with and of cloud-based service offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Served as System Architect, Senior Software developer, and Technical Team lead on projects for the Federal Government including:• E-Review System (the core system of the Federal Elections Commission) which allowed management of committee/candidate information, resource allocation & workflow assignment, review/audit of FEC Forms, generation of analytical reports and Letters RFAI’s, and automated review of submissions (checking all submitted Forms against over 1,600 business rules)• The eBudget System (for NASA) - being used to produce NASA's budget submissions to OMB and the U.S. Congress from FY01 onward (still currently in service); it is a comprehensive Web-Based Federal Budget formulation system with extensive reporting and analytical capabilities developed to meet NASA’s complex reporting requirements. • MACSoFT Prototype (for the US Maritime Administration) - allowed management of Crew and Vessel information and integrated biometric verification and smart-card systems.

Served as Senior Software Engineer on projects for the Federal Government including: • The External Information Dissemination Solution (for the National Science Foundation) – covering several systems, the solution made spanning changes to standardize the Foundation’s approach of reaching the general public while allowing flexibility to address the specific needs of each the Agency’s sub-organizations. A result of which is still the current nsf.gov website (see www.nsf.gov )• The QUATARS3 system (for the Department of Justice) - used by the office of litigation support (OLS) to perform reviews, tracking, audit & verification of filings and documents for Federal multi-million-dollar cases being prosecuted by the DOJ.

• Awardee of STEP program while enrolled in Graduate studies (MS.
