This gave me a solid scientific and methodological approach to new advances in technology, and I experienced a truly international context, learning how to make the most of different languages, cultures and perspectives.Then, in 2000, I founded a successful startup that developed and sold products and services based on machine learning to manage large amounts of data, when Google and all these techniques were still in their pioneering stages. This gave me a deep understanding of what makes a company successful in the marketplace.In 2006, I started working with Francesco Milleri, then a consultant in the IT sector and now Chairman of a 100 billion turnover company, with whom I have worked closely for more than 10 years. I learned a lot from him, such as the hidden factors that can make any project successful.In 2019, I created a dedicated, peaceful and committed team for data science, managing all aspects such as the careful selection of people who must be technically strong, real team players and full of soft skills.
