I am currently working as a telepsychology consultant and as a psychotherapist. I am committed to promoting and safeguarding the mental health of my community. In the early years of my career, I volunteered as a psychologist while simultaneously working as a college instructor. When I became an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, I had the privilege of co-chairing a mental health program called Solid Grasp, Safe Spaces, and realized the value of being able to reach and help more people as a practicing clinical psychologist. Now, I run my own clinic in General Santos City called Room Nineteen, hoping to make a meaningful impact as a mental health professional in my local community.
