Novelle Estrella is a student leader and currently a Project Manager at HackLaunch, a Singapore-based company. She is also a Campus DEVCON Ambassador and was recognized as part of PH100 2024 of Stellar PH, which honors the top 100 most innovative and ambitious young talents under 30 in the Philippines. Novelle has held key leadership roles, such as being the Chapter Lead 2024 for Google Developer Student Clubs (PUP), where she led a significant increase in learner engagement and organized impactful tech events. Her experience spans across tech communities like GDG Cloud Manila, Python PH, and DEVCON Philippines, where she excels in project management, partnership development, and event organization. As an advocate for women in tech, she frequently shares insights on AI and productivity tools at various forums, driving meaningful change and fostering collaboration in every project she undertakes.Alongside her leadership journey, Novelle has been training herself in AI and data analytics approaches and frameworks, extending her knowledge beyond institutional learning by exploring external resources. As an analyst, she is detail-oriented and takes her responsibilities seriously, always striving for timely and excellent output.
