I’m responsible for the consistency of the Company Logistic Process with the Customer Satisfaction and Stock Levels objectives yearly fixed by the Management Team.Coordinating a 20 people team, I’m encharged to lead Customer Service, Production Planning and Material Supply activities as well as physical flows management processes inside the production sites (internal and external) and from the plants to the central Warehouse and to the final destination.In this position I have also the responsibility to promote and coordinate continuous improvement activities; main achievements in this area have been:a) WEB-EDI system implementation aimed to connect all Vimercati Supply-Chain actors, to speed-up all supply planning processes and to achieve a complete traceability of all exchanged information;b) Improvement of finished goods preparation process consistency, extending to all main customers the ability to perform multi-frequency deliveries with massive adoption of traceability data teletransmission (ASN).

In this position, consistently with timings and scopes of the different projects, I have been responsible for coordinating all SAP/R3 PP Module functional analysis related activities, for the customizing phase effectiveness and the data migration process success.I have been involved in the information system re-engineering project in Alenia Difesa and in a medium size company SAP implementation project (logistics modules PP-MM-SD integration with an already installed FI-CO accounting structure).

In this position (not existing before) I have been committed to identify and develop the synergies between Buying and Logistic Depts. in order to define and to build processes and tools able to support a new integrated supply-chain.

In this position I have been responsible for short-medium and long term production plans calculation (wet and dry pet food production lines) and for the management of production scheduling and materials supply activities in order to meet dependent requirements.Accordingly with Mars European Supply Chain guidelines, I had the occasion to join and/or coordinate several improvement project teams, such as:a) SAP R/3 implementation team: in this team I played the role of key-users manager in manufacturing and materials supply areas (PP and MM modules);b) SKEP 1.1 Production Planning tool implementation team: I had the responsibility to coordinate the implementation and the rollout of the software after a six month mission in the French unit of Mars, UNISABI SNC.Daily contact with manufacturing activities offered also me the possibility to develop Industrial Engineering competencies as well as Production Shift Management abilities.
